Starting from the customer’s CAD data, and on the basis of the technical specifications as required for each single project, different components in polycarbonate are manufactured, such as:

• windscreens
• rear windows
• side windows
• engine covers
• special transparent panels for nautics and racing sectors

Thanks to the technical features of polycarbonate (lightness, mechanic resistance, bright transparency, versatility in the product manufacturing and application), the products are characterised by the optical – cosmetic perfection, the scratchproof treatment and the personalization through logo serigraphy.

The product range consists of:

• monolithic parts : realised as  perimetric monolayer and  scratchproof treated
• laminated parts: realised as multilayer composites (polycarbonate + polycarbonate, acrylic fibres +polycarbonate + acrylic fibres), usually applied on military aircrafts and racing boats

• laminated parts with heating system: realised as multilayer (2 layers or more) laminated polycarbonate with plastic film, where an invisible electric system of tungsten microwires is inserted with antimisting and defrosting effects, thus reducing the antimisting time
  and allowing the removal of the heating and ventilation system.
